capital and largest city is Zagreb. With more than a
thousand islands off the Adriatic coast, Croatia is a

European airports makes it an easily accessible
destination. Ljubljana is
renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, reminiscent both of
the Mediterranean and Central Europe, and is well-known
as an extremely picturesque and green city. Particularly
the historical city centre is full of outstanding
architecture, a medley of styles from different periods
in history, most notably the Baroque, bound together
into one of the 20th century's most amazing total works
of art by the famous Ljubljana-born architect and urban
planner Jože Plečnik. Welcome

rich cave forms, vast halls with stalagmites and
stalactites, and the baby dragons that reside in the
Caves. Board the unique underground train to cool off on
a hot Summer day and see an incredible world. After
Postojna Cave tour you will have exclusive lunch/dinner
in one of the oldest restaurants in Slovenia.
Overnight in Ljubljana.
breakfast departure to Bled. Enjoy your stay at Bled in
a unique way and discover three of Slovenian's most
popular attractions in only one day. You will be picked
up by a driver, who will bring you up to the wonderful
Bled Castle. After visiting the museum and other places
of your interest on the premises of the castle, you will
have wine and food tasting. After tasting driver will
take you to your second destination, the 1,6 km long
Vintgar Gorge, where you will be able to enjoy the
beautiful and amazing nature while walking over bridges
and galleries to the waterfall Sum. After this amazing
walk you will step into a traditional "pletna" boat to
reach your third destination of the day, which is the
unique island in the middle of the lake. After Bled
and Vintgar Gorge tour you will have lunch/dinner in
Castle Bled. Overnight in
breakfast day trip on west of Slovenia.
Šmartno – Dobrovo – Medana
The trip starts at the
lookout tower in Gonjače that fascinates with marvelous
views over hilly Brda landscape all the way to the
Adriatic Sea. A walk through the picturesque village of Šmartno takes us back
into days when the village was an important military
fort on the Austrian-Venetian border. Tasting of home
cured ham and other local delicacies with a glass of
Rebula wine, the indigenous wine of Goriska Brda area.
Visit of the renaissance castle in Dobrovo with an
exhibition of the wolrd famous painter Zoran Music. The
last owner of the castle was count Silverio De Baguer, a
Spanish diplomat. A short walk to one of the largest
wine cellars in Slovenia. Overnight in Ljubljana.
After breakfast departure to
Rovinj. On the way to Rovinj stop to explore Piran bay.
Visitors gather in Seča at
the Fish Farm Base where they are briefly introduced to
the fish farming works that take place on land. Then
they board our pontoon boat, which enables our visitors
to come so close to the fish farming pools that they can
step on one.
During the 10 to 15 minute
trip to the fish farm, the visitors learn about the
local characteristics of the Piran Bay, Piran Salina,
the Regional Park and fishing preserve. This is followed
by a visit to the fish farm, demonstration of manual
fish feeding, explanation of the particular fish farming
methods used, presentation and history of the Fonda
Piran Sea Bass brand. Fish farming and fish products are
presented from the production, biological, tourist,
marketing and sales point of view.
The visit continues with
navigation through the mussel farming lines, explanation
of mussel farming methods and the challenges facing fish
and mussel farmers today. On request the boat then takes
visitors into Canale Grande to the Soline d.o.o.
headquarters, where they can enjoy the panoramic views
from the terrace and visit the museum. Explanation of
salt production methods and special characteristics
(plants, animals) of the salina.
Return to starting point.
On the boat or at the base,
there will be a degustation of raw Fonda Piran sea bass
(carpaccio with Piran Salina flower of salt and homemade
olive oil) and smoked sea bass along with a glass of
locally produced wine and water.
After Fonda Fish Farm
continue Rovinj and check in hotel. In the evening
departure to Bale to exceptional restaurant with self
wine and olive oil production.
Overnight in Rovinj
breakfast departure to Poreč and meeting with the local
guide for sightseeing, The ancient Roman town of Poreč
and the surrounding region are entirely devoted to
summer tourism. Poreč is the centrepiece of a vast
system of tourist resorts that stretches north and south
along the west coast of Istria, attracting holidaymakers
in their tens of thousands from June to September. There
is a World Heritage–listed basilica, a medley of Gothic,
Romanesque and baroque buildings and a well-developed
tourist infrastructure, and the pristine Istrian
interior is within easy reach. Learn all about the city
wandering around the streets with your local guide.
Poreč has one of the most magnificent early Byzantine
churches in Europe called Euphrasius’ Basilica after
Euphrasius, the Bishop of Poreč, who in the 6th century
commissioned the building of a grandiose three-nave
basilica on the site of an earlier church. In 1997, the
entire complex of Euphrasiana (church, baptistery,
atrium and the former Bishop’s Palace) was entered on
the UNESCO World Heritage List.
afternoon meet with your driver and departure to
Motovun, a city-monument, an ancient Istrian acropolis
city situated on the top of a 277 meter-high hill whose
current appearance originates from the Middle Ages, the
12th and 13th century. Vineyards are spread all around
Motovun where the grapes for the famous Istrian wines
Teran and Malvasia grow, while the Motovun forest, which
spreads kilometres through the Mirna valley is the
habitat for the famous underground mushroom called the
truffle which is dug out in this area with the help of
specially trained dogs. Dinner and wine tasting will be
served in a local traditional restaurant. After dinner
departure back to Poreč. Overnight in Poreč.
After breakfast departure
to Pula, the largest town on the Istrian peninsula, and
also a city where you can find sixth largest
amphitheater in the world. Meeting with the local guide
who will take you on a walking tour of Pula, and offer a
unique insight into the 3,000-year-old history of one of
the oldest towns in Europe. The city is best known for
its many surviving ancient Roman buildings, the most
famous of which is its 1st-century amphitheatre.
Locally-known as the 'Arena', it is the sixth-largest
amphitheatre in the world. This ancient structure's
appearance belies its age and it is still used today for
summer film festivals.
After Pula sightseeing,
visit Olive oil Museum.
tells the story of olive growing and olive oil
production in Istria through history up to present
times, revealing the secrets of olive processing from
the Roman period to the present day. You can discover
all the aromas and tastes, as well as the chemical
composition of Istrian extra virgin olive oil and learn
how olive oil, together with the Mediterranean diet,

to the House of Istrian Olive Oil includes an oil
tasting led by a trained person. You will learn how to
recognize a top quality extra virgin olive oil, how
proper oil tasting is done and which specific aromas to
look for in an olive oil. In the

ride during the sunset. The highlight of the evening
